TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) (NASDAQ: TSYS) announced that it has received additional contract funding in the amount of $17.3 million from the U.S. Marine Corps for TCS' Wireless Point-to-Point Link (WPPL) systems with delivery beginning mid-December 2008 through March 2009.
