China to Submit 4G Standards to ITU in 2009

Tootoo.com reported that the Secretary of the Ministry of Information Industry of the People's Republic of China announced that China is planning to submit the local standard of 4G to the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) in 2009 at the "3G in China" Global Summit conference.
