NextPhase Wireless (OTCBB: NPHS), a nationwide developer of WiMAX networks and provider of advanced broadband solutions, announced that it has submitted its first application to the FCC to register a licensed WiMAX base station in Anaheim, CA. NextPhase Wireless is a service provider based in Southern California, building a nationwide WiMAX network in the 3.65 GHz band.
