Road Wings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RDWG) announced that it has concluded a stock purchase agreement with OneFi Technology, Inc. of Orange, Calif. OneFi Technology has developed both a hardware solution for the next generation wireless broadband technology and a software applications package which allows all bandwidth to be optimized.
